JUNIOR COMMERCIAL ANALYST - BARUERI/SP

Realize customer service comprehending client requests and execution capacity, conduct a study of pricing and send commercial proposals to increase the number of clients in the Natural Resources area. Respect the company's health, safety, and environmental values.

As a professional, you will:

• Qualification of Leads - Provide customer service to national clients through email, phone, or message. Understand client needs and verify capacity for attendance with our internal team. Create a new opportunity in the CRM Salesforce and register progress or negative.
• New proposals - Observe historical attendance and compare with similar companies that have performed the same scope. Elaborate pricing through Excel calculation memory, present clear rational and request approval if necessary to apply discounts.
• Follow-up of proposals - Contact clients by email, phone, or message to obtain feedback on the proposal sent. Register in controls and update CRM accordingly, schedule new contact if necessary or forward to responsible parties according to acceptance.
• Renewals - Verify at the beginning of each month which contacts should be initiated for proposal renewals. Identify and update control which were spot operations. Follow up with treatments so that proposals with adjustments or new proposals are sent and accepted before end date. Update frequently the control according to received feedbacks and execution status.
• Internal processes - Maintain active communication with BD regarding strategies and client attendance. Send request for creation of PL and Temp after client acceptance. Forward information to back office team to proceed with execution. Keep CRM updated according to opportunity status and treatment.
• New opportunities with clients - Contact clients who performed operations or services in the past but are not currently active, to understand possible demands.
• Support to the team - Assist assistants when necessary. Understand area demands with other members and support necessary matters to ensure clients are attended within adequate deadlines. Share information and best practices with the team.
