Position: ACADEMIC ANALYST – Indaial/SC

We are looking for an organized, proactive professional with a focus on customer service to join our team as an Academic Analyst. If you enjoy working with people, have an analytical profile, and are looking to work in a dynamic environment, this opportunity is for you!

⏰ Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday: 12:12 PM to 10:00 PM (1 hour break)

Workload: 44 hours per week

Responsibilities and duties:

Provide guidance on academic procedures, deadlines, regulations, scholarships, benefits, and services offered by the institution;
Manage academic requests, opening, tracking, and forwarding protocols to the responsible departments;
Support enrollment, re-enrollment, academic adjustments, deferrals, cancellations, and transfers processes;
Organize, verify, and keep academic documentation updated;
Monitor the student's journey, contributing to retention and engagement actions;
Identify academic pending issues and work on finding solutions together with the involved departments;
Assist in supporting the Student Portal and the Virtual Learning Environment (VLE);
Coordinate team activities during the work shift, distributing tasks and monitoring routine execution;
Close the unit (campus), ensuring security and compliance with operational procedures;
Communicate any occurrences, needs, or incidents that impact operations to the manager and other departments;
Control the inventory of academic and administrative supplies;
Issue exams, organize the schedule, and define the application of in-person assessments;
Establish internship agreements, provide guidance to students on mandatory and non-mandatory internships, and clarify doubts related to EAD internship processes.

✅ Requirements and qualifications:

Be 18 years or older;
Completed or in-progress higher education.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Organization, responsibility, and attention to detail;
Proactivity and problem-solving skills;
Ease of working in a team and coordinating activities;
Computer proficiency and ease with academic systems;
Desirable experience in public service, administrative routines, and the academic area.
