Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a Junior Software Tester Analyst who will join our team to ensure the quality of software applications delivered. You will collaborate with Business, Analysis, Development, and IT departments to define and execute testing scenarios, identify bugs, and improve testing processes.

- Understanding business requirements and transforming them into test cases and acceptance criteria.
- Participating in defining and updating test plans, scenarios, and procedures.
- Executing manual tests: functional testing, regression testing, exploration testing, and acceptance testing.
- Reporting defects precisely, describing clear reproduction steps, and collaborating with developers for remediation.
- FOLLOWING test results, creating test / execution reports.
- Participating in reviewing specifications/user stories to identify potential risks early on.
Job Description
Experience & Studies:
Higher education completed. Technical or economic domain represents an advantage.
Practical experience in software testing represents an advantage.

Tech Knowledge & Skills:
- BASIC knowledge of the software development life cycle (Software Development Life Cycle) and commonly used testing methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
- Ability to read/interpret specifications/user stories and create test cases.
- Attention to detail, analytical spirit, and ability to identify relevant testing scenarios.
- Good communication skills (written and spoken) in Romanian and at least medium level in English – for technical documentation, using adjacent software solutions for testing, etc.
- Familiarity with bug-tracking and test management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail, Azure DevOps, etc.).
- BASIC knowledge of database interrogation (structured, unstructured) (e.g., Posgres, Mongo) constitutes an advantage.
- BASIC knowledge in automation or willingness to learn constitutes an advantage.
- BASIC knowledge in using a programming language (e.g., Python) constitutes an advantage.
