IT Local Users Analyst

In the capacity of IT Local Users Analyst, you will provide level 1 and 2 assistance, in accordance with predefined/service-specific processes for the allocated zone.

Main responsibilities:

• Installation, upgrade, configuration, and troubleshooting hardware and software for daily operations of end-users (assistance for office applications and production, printing media, network, consulting, and IT guidance for users);

• Assistance for IT Service Management activities, such as incident management and activity management, workflow management, and service requests through the client's ticketing system;

• Installation/reinstallation of operating systems on user computers;

• Ensuring infrastructure/medium integrity in the allocated geographic sphere;

• Analyzing problems, developing creative solutions, and evaluating risks/benefits;

• Cooperation with level 2 and 3 support groups for assistance in designing/developing/updating/testing, and implementing applications;

• Documenting systems, procedures, and application processes.
