IT Analyst Local End Users

As a Local End User IT Analyst, you will provide Level 1 and Level 2 support, in accordance with predefined service processes / specific to the allocated area.

Main Responsibilities:

• Installation, upgrade, configuration, and troubleshooting of hardware and software for daily end-user operations (support for office and production applications, printing and network environments, IT consulting and guidance for users);

• Support for IT Service Management activities, such as incident and asset management, workflow management, and service requests through the client's ticketing systems / tools;

• Installation / reinstallation of operating systems on end-user computers;

• Ensuring the integrity of the infrastructure / environment within the allocated geographical area;

• Analyzing problems, developing creative solutions, and evaluating risks / benefits;

• Cooperating with Level 2 and Level 3 support groups for assistance in design / development / update / testing and implementation of applications;

• Documenting systems, procedures, and application processes.
