Analist

• 2/3 years of relevant experience
• English – at least C1 level; feels comfortable with reading, writing, and speaking with clients; can write clear and high-quality texts
• Experience in creating different types of requirements
• Ability to identify inconsistencies in project requirements
• Experience working with Agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum, Kanban) or classical ones (e.g. Waterfall)
• Ability to plan, conduct business analysis for the project and facilitate communication
• Ability to create/adapt a set of templates to be used in the project
• Ability to arrange and facilitate meetings and workshops with clients
• Ability to gather new information about the project and domain from different sources
• Experience creating diagrams (UML, BPMN)
• Understanding and ability to propose suitable software development processes and influence/ improve them
• Ability to manage scope of requirements in an efficient manner (communicating potential risks to stakeholders and managing them)
• Ability to provide support for testing/UAT
• General knowledge about UX/UI and ability to participate in project design activities
• Analytical skills, problem-solving skills, and synthesizing skills
• Ability to guide other colleagues
• Self-managing skills; ability to assume responsibility of a subsystem or the entire project, work without supervision
• Ability to communicate efficiently with team members in a complex environment (multicultural, distributed globally), as well as with client representatives

• Obtaining requirements (using various techniques)

• Collaboration with stakeholders, SMEs, development teams, and QA teams
• Planning the approach to business analysis including Business Analysis Information Management (templates, document structure, process flow, etc.)
• On-site visits at client during the discovery phase
• Managing product reserves
• Taking on the role of Scrum Master when necessary
• Supporting interviews for BA positions
• Guiding other Analysts
