What your role in our team involves

• You are responsible for identifying, documenting, and managing business requirements from a technical perspective, from the initiative stage to implementation

• You organize and lead analysis meetings with IT system beneficiaries to identify, extract, analyze, and document requirements

• You define, from a technical standpoint, the functional and non-functional specifications for business requirements related to system development

• You create and update process diagrams impacted by modification requests and ensure requirement validation with the requesters

• You elaborate, together with Delgaz Grid representatives, the user journey for the analyzed processes; you draft and review QAT and UAT test scenarios for project or system deliverables

• You manage functional and non-functional changes requested by the client and their integration into an appropriate implementation mechanism

• You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of documents containing business requirements and technical solution descriptions, as well as for performing QAT testing and organizing UAT sessions

You perform other tasks that naturally arise from your role, adapted to your knowledge and skills

How you can tell you are a good fit

• Education required: Higher education in IT

• Practical experience required: 3 - 5 years of experience in business requirements analysis

• Foreign language knowledge: English (advanced level)

• IT Knowledge:

  • MS Office (advanced)

  • Jira

  • Confluence

  • Java FX

  • HTML

  • SQL

  • Theoretical and practical knowledge of Waterfall planning and implementation methodologies

  • Theoretical and practical knowledge of Agile planning methodologies

  • Client/server architectural knowledge

  • Conceptual knowledge of databases

  • Conceptual knowledge of databases

• Others:

  • Communication and negotiation skills

  • Ability to understand business requirements
