Data Analyst

We are looking for Analysts (Senior Analysts and Junior/Student Analysts) to join a dynamic team within an intensive file verification and analysis project, with a fixed term of 3 months, with the possibility of extension depending on project needs and performance.

About the Role and Work Format

• Duration: Fixed-term contract (3 months) with the possibility of extension depending on project needs and performance.

• Location: 100% in-office (to ensure a smooth training process, direct support, and effective coordination between seniors and juniors).

• Team Structure: Each experienced analyst will coordinate and support a mini-team of 1–2 juniors.

Available Roles & Requirements

1. Senior / Experienced Analyst

• Salary package: 5,000 – 8,000 RON net / month (depending on experience level).

Requirements:

• 2 – 5 years of relevant experience in data analysis, KYC/AML, compliance, audit, risk analysis.

• Relevant experience in a bank, fintech, payment institution, consumer credit institution (IFN), or insurance company, with direct participation in the KYC/AML verification of legal entity clients.

• Seniority in the sector, alone, is not sufficient.

• Good coordination, mentorship, and workflow organization skills.

• High attention to detail and processing efficiency.

• Advantageous: CAMS (ACAMS) certifications or relevant ICA certifications.

2. Junior Analyst / Students

• Salary package: 4,000 – 5,550 RON net / month.

Requirements:

• 0 – 2 years of experience in related fields (students who can ensure a full-time work schedule are also accepted).

• Good analytical skills, attention to detail, and rapid learning ability.

• Rigor and ability to concentrate on repetitive/technical tasks.

Main Responsibilities

• Verification and validation of assigned files according to internal procedures.

• Identification and request for necessary additions for incomplete files.

• Close collaboration between Senior and Junior Analysts to resolve atypical cases.

• Adherence to quality standards and processing deadlines established for the project.
