What your role in our team involves

• You will perform complex data analyses and identify opportunities to improve organizational performance.

• You will monitor and evaluate data quality and formulate recommendations for its optimization.

• You will define and track data quality indicators.

• You will collaborate with business and IT teams to consolidate and leverage strategic data.

• You will integrate and correlate data from multiple systems and sources.

• You will apply statistical methods and analysis techniques to identify relevant trends and patterns.

• You will develop and deliver reports, analyses, and presentations that include actionable recommendations.

• You will transform business requirements into reporting solutions and data-driven products.

• You will ensure the accuracy, consistency, and availability of information used in decision-making processes.

You will perform other tasks that naturally arise from your role, adapted to your knowledge and skills.

How you know you are the right candidate:

Required Education: University degree

Required Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in working with databases, data analysis and processing, and report preparation

Professional Competencies:

• Knowledge of statistics and statistical methods; experience with tools such as SPSS, SAS, R, Power BI, or Azure/AWS ecosystems is an advantage.

• Experience in data modeling and analysis, as well as in using database query tools (SQL, Python, etc.).

Other: Demonstrable strategic thinking skills regarding business, products, and technical challenges in a business environment
