• Higher education in IT / IE / Cybernetics (completed or ongoing)
• Knowledge about databases: SQL, simple modeling, analytical thinking
• Attention to details and orientation towards clarity (accurate data, easy-to-understand reports)
• Communication skills and teamwork abilities
• Home address/disposition for relocation in Bacau.

This is an advantage:
• Knowledge about Python, Power Query
• Understanding of ETL/ELT concepts
• Experience with large data sets.

Job Description

You will be responsible for:
• Preparing data for analysis: cleaning, validating, aggregating, and consistent datasets
• Integrating data from multiple sources (SQL, exports, APIs, logs), with a focus on consistency
• Building reports and dashboards (Power BI / Tableau , etc.)
• Automating reports and developing easy-to-use dashboards in business
• Documenting indicators and collaborating with internal teams for defining KPIs.

We will support you through:

Mentorship and accelerated growth in the area of analysis and visualization. This role may evolve into a BI Developer / Data Analyst advanced / Data Engineer, assuming gradual complexity, automation, and responsibility for indicators.
Exposure to real data, enterprise processes, and business requirements with impact.
A stable, collaborative environment with clear standards and practices.
