Data Analysis & BI Retail Non-Card Analyst

We are looking for a Data Analyst to join the Data Analysis & BI Retail Non-Card Service and contribute to the development and automation of analysis and reporting solutions for the Business Retail BT team.

In this role, you will:

• contribute to the improvement and development of analyses, reports, and BI dashboards;

• analyze the differences between existing solutions and business requirements;

• identify new functionalities and propose suitable technical solutions;

• develop the design of solutions and the technical specifications required for data transformation, profiling, and analysis;

• analyze and evaluate structured data sources;

• implement and automate data extraction and indicator calculation processes;

• optimize existing data extraction and processing processes;

• define, document, and validate business requirements and specifications for new data-related projects, including acceptance criteria;

• identify relevant information from data and support its use by the Business Retail BT team;

• utilize AI tools for data analysis, automation of repetitive tasks, and simplification of reporting processes, verifying the correctness of the results.

• knowledge of Excel and SQL and familiarity with tools used in data analysis;

• data exploration and report development skills;

• experience in process automation and BI dashboard development;

• ability to interpret data and transform it into relevant information for business decisions;

• ability to quickly identify problems, dependencies, and their impact on processes;

• attention to detail and commitment to tracking requirements through to their correct implementation;

• team spirit and orientation towards collaboration;

• ability to responsibly use AI tools, including Copilot, with attention to data correctness and confidentiality.

It is an advantage

• experience in data reporting;

• experience in using SQL;

• experience with at least one of the tools Tableau, Qlik Sense, or Power BI;

• experience in using AI tools for data analysis, report development, or process automation.
