Job description
The ideal candidate position has the role of supporting the commercial team through data analysis, financial performance evaluation, and implementing information obtained on the ground.
The role requires collaboration with commercial-sales, production, and logistics departments to provide accurate information and well-founded decisions.
The office activity takes place in Târgoviște, while the field activity takes place in Dâmbovița county and its vicinity.
Preferrably, our future colleague should be from Târgoviște or its immediate surroundings and be a member of Generation Y, having grown up with the development of computers and the internet.
Description of the job
Studies: Higher education (Economy, Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or similar fields)
Analytical thinking and data interpretation skills (reports, KPIs)
Good organizational and planning abilities
Experience in a similar role (analyst, operational, commercial, etc.)
Problem-solving capacity
Attention to details, responsibility, and seriousness, initiative, and proactive spirit
Technical requirements
Very good knowledge of Excel (formulas, tables, filters, reports), preferably Google Sheets
Experience in using information systems (ERP, CRM), preferably WinMentor Enterprise
Ability to work with large volumes of data
Operational activity requirements (field)
Availability for regular travel (approximately 50% of the time)
Flexibility in schedule, depending on operational activity
Communication and collaboration skills with field teams
Ability to create and apply operational procedures
Responsibilities - Analysis activity (office):
Analyzes commercial and operational data (sales, purchases, inventory, specific indicators)
Identifies discrepancies, deviations, or opportunities for improvement
Monitors compliance with procedures and commercial policies
Proposes measures to improve commercial and operational efficiency
Responsibilities - Operational activity (field):
Travels to operational locations (warehouses, depots, etc.)
Verifies the implementation of procedures and decisions
Monitors the execution of operational activities
Identifies problems and proposes solutions for improving operations
Collaborates directly with personnel in the field
Offers support for implementing changes and optimizing processes
General responsibilities of the role
Ensures the connection between office activity and field operations
Participates in implementing commercial activities
Follows the correct application of internal procedures and intervenes where necessary
Reports conclusions and proposals to management
