For our client, a company providing IT solutions and services: integrated business management system of type ERP&HCM, software development, and externalized IT services, we are recruiting a Business Analyst for ERP implementation.

!!! We are not looking for people with exclusive experience in IT support.
Knowledge of accounting and/or business is the most important. If you have used and participated in implementing an ERP system, you have an advantage

Absolvent of a faculty with economic profile. Absolvent of Cybernetics and Economic Informatics represents an advantage
Knows business processes within a company, depending on the specific activities performed.
Knows and understands the document flow, goods, and services within an organization.
Minimum experience of 1 year with an ERP system, HCM or CRM and solid knowledge of working with these systems.
Capacity for rapid assimilation of new information and adaptation to technological or procedural changes.
Oriented towards satisfying the client and ability to maintain a high level of satisfaction through excellent services.
Abilities in organizing and managing time efficiently to prioritize requirements and respect established deadlines
Capacity for attention to detail and providing precise and quality solutions.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact efficiently with clients and internal team members

Description of the job

Implementation of ERP solutions at clients. Main activities: business analysis, installation, configuration, training, assistance, client feedback.
Participation in developing an implementation plan along with Project Manager and client;
Paperwork preparation and transmission.
User support assurance for both during the implementation period and after project completion, resolving issues related to usage and functionality reported by clients.
Offering support and solutions to clients regarding ERP application, both from a business perspective and in terms of application usage;
Persistent collaboration with Project Manager for planning implementations and creating implementation documentation.
Business analysis along with client companies and analyzing client requirements. Implementation, installation, and configuration of ERP applications according to these requirements.
Activity management and periodic reporting.
Paperwork preparation.
User training regarding application usage.
Fulfilling each client's request from start to finish.
