Job description

We are looking for a Database Analyst, for our client, a financial investment company based in Bacau, for an initial contract period of 1 year. The activity will be carried out at the company's headquarters in Bacau. Key Requirements: Higher education degree in IT, Mathematics-Computer Science or related fields; Advanced knowledge of SQL (complex queries, optimization); Experience with Oracle databases – including architecture and maintenance; Solid knowledge of algorithms and data structures; Advanced MS Excel skills (formulas, pivot, graphics); Medium/advanced level English language skills for documentation and internal communication; Attention to detail, rigor, confidentiality, and developed analytical spirit; Person open, with good communication, relationship, and teamwork skills; Advantages: Knowledge of algorithms, data structures, Microsoft .NET Framework, C#, Java, JavaScript, Laravel; Knowledge of legislative aspects in the capital markets domain.

Job Description

Main Responsibilities: Develop and optimize SQL queries for extracting and processing data; Design database structures (logical and physical), depending on operational needs; Administer Oracle databases and ensure their integrity; Collaborate with financial teams and reporting teams to deliver necessary data; Document processes, flows, and data structures; Apply solid algorithmic principles and data structures for efficiency and scalability.
