Actively selling our products, accessories, and related services
Conveying your passion for our products and solutions to our customers and showing them all the possibilities they offer. Inspiring new ideas.
Proactively interacting with customers and resolving their inquiries. Providing support in the presentation and maintenance of the "point of sale"
Creating an attractive shopping atmosphere As part of the Customer Service and Checkout team, your main tasks will be the following: Carrying out all activities related to the checkout and customer service following the defined policies, systems, and procedures.
Customer service, with a friendly attitude and resolving all issues the customer may raise
Acting with strict compliance with established procedures in any area, especially in cash management and security As a Fulfillment Employee (m/f/d), you will ensure the predefined availability of products in the sales area and thus ensure the best customer experience. Your tasks include: Ensuring smooth receipt of goods and organizing service-oriented dispatch of goods.
Restocking and maintaining shelves, trays, and containers according to the specified concept
Executing the in-store picking process
Providing support with returns
Efficiently and smoothly carrying out logistics processes in coordination with the manager. Ensuring cleanliness and order at the point of sale. Your Profile You love interacting with people, you are passionate about innovative technology, and you enjoy selling. Therefore, you have the following skills: · Education in commerce and/or professional experience in selling products and services. · You have knowledge and interest in products and trends in the consumer electronics industry · You are customer and service oriented. · You have excellent communication skills, are proactive, and are a solution-oriented person. · You love working in a team and enjoy joint success. · Fulfillment team: education and/or experience in logistics. · Conflict resolution and communication skills.
