Are you passionate about theater, street art, and festivals? We are Alucinarte Animación Teatral and we are looking for people eager to learn, create, and become part of our artistic team.
We work at festivals, cultural events, celebrations, nightclubs, and in all sorts of settings, combining theater, performance, animation, visual arts, and street arts.
You will be part of a team with extensive experience in national and international festivals and events, where each performance involves much more than just going on stage: preparing, setting up, performing, dismantling, taking care of the equipment, and working as a team. 1. We are looking for people who: Enjoy working in a team.
Feel passion for art and artistic expression.
Are responsible, punctual, and committed.
Have energy, attitude, and a desire to learn.
Are problem-solvers and have initiative.
Want to get involved in the project and grow within the team.
Previous experience is not essential. We especially value attitude, responsibility, and the desire to learn. 2. What do we offer? Paid collaborations per performance (gig).
Occasional work, compatible with studies or other jobs.
Training and learning within the team itself.
Gradual integration based on your involvement, availability, and workload.
Opportunity to participate in performances and projects in different cities and national and international festivals. 3. We will especially value: Driver's license and own vehicle.
Availability to collaborate occasionally in the workshop: organization, maintenance, material preparation, and small repairs.
Good physical condition for moving stage elements, costumes, and parade material.
Ability to work autonomously and resolve situations during events.
