Job description

FICEP S.p.A., a company operating in the mechanical engineering sector, for the enhancement of its staff, is looking for:

IT SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR

The resource to be included in the IT team, reporting directly to the IT System Manager, will be responsible for:

System administration helpdesk activities and support for internal users via telephone, email, and chat.
Promptly resolve hardware and software problems on Personal Computers and devices such as smartphones and tablets.
Ensure that support requests are resolved efficiently, professionally, and with the necessary confidentiality.
Drafting and updating technical documentation relating to Nis2 and Iso9001 and respecting delivery times to the assigned bodies (ACN, certifying bodies).
Manage and maintain the telephone switchboard infrastructure.
Monitoring logs and alerts of security systems (firewall, antivirus) and managing consequent interventions.
Management of network infrastructures, both wired and wireless, both local and remote.
System administration helpdesk activities and technical assistance.
Preparation, configuration, and installation of PCs, physical and virtual Servers, and related software.
Will also contribute to the maintenance of infrastructures, with extraordinary maintenance activities planned ad hoc even outside of working hours and with ordinary maintenance activities performed regularly.

Requirements:

At least ten years of experience in the role.
Ability to interact with internal users and IT suppliers.
Good knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken.
Ability to adapt and learn quickly to company policies.
Knowledge of the basic Microsoft Office 365 package and other functions such as Copilot, Teams.
Ability to work independently, autonomously, and in a team.

The activity will take place in the office, with the possibility of short business trips to nearby sites (max 10 km).
Full-time working hours from Monday to Friday, in presence, smart working is not foreseen.
Must own a car with a valid driving license.
Gross annual salary (RAL): €40,000 – €45,000, commensurate with the candidate's experience and skills.
