The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: - Conduct thorough research on customers and their transactions to identify potential risks and ensure compliance with AML/KYC regulations. - Review and analyze customer data to detect any suspicious activity or anomalies. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and implement corrective actions. - Maintain accurate and detailed records of all activities, including customer interactions and transaction monitoring. - Stay up-to-date with changing regulatory requirements and industry best practices. - Work closely with the Compliance team to ensure adherence to internal policies and procedures. Requirements: - 1 year of experience in the banking or financial services industry, preferably with knowledge of AML/KYC regulations. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Ability to maintain accurate and detailed records. - Familiarity with MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
