AML Specialist with French B2 - 3 Months - REMOTE

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter-Terrorist Financing (CFT), with proven expertise in assessing regulatory, compliance, and reputational risks;
• Previous experience in the banking sector, preferably within Private Banking, Wealth Management, or working with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) and clients with complex risk profiles;
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and decision-making skills, with the ability to formulate clear, concise, and well-supported compliance opinions;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong drafting and reporting capabilities;
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple complex cases simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines;
• French language proficiency at B2 level or higher (spoken and written) is mandatory.

• Conduct AML/CFT risk assessments and perform enhanced due diligence activities;
• Analyze regulatory, compliance, and reputational risks related to customers and transactions;
• Review complex client files and provide well-reasoned compliance recommendations;
• Ensure adherence to AML/CFT regulations, internal policies, and compliance standards;
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders while managing multiple high-priority cases within tight deadlines.
