AML KYC Operations Analyst

Job Summary : We are seeking an experienced AML – KYC Operations Analyst to support our compliance and client onboarding functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing due diligence, reviewing KYC documentation, and ensuring compliance with AML regulations and internal policies. Key Responsibilities : Perform KYC due diligence for onboarding, periodic reviews, and trigger events for individual and corporate clients. Validate and review customer information and documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness. Conduct research and analysis to identify potential risks and ensure compliance with AML regulations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and ensure timely and accurate onboarding. Develop and maintain knowledge of AML regulations, industry trends, and best practices. Key Requirements : Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as finance, accounting, or business administration. 2+ years of experience in AML – KYC operations, compliance, or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
