AM/DM/Manager – Alumni Donor Relations(Research)

Abouts Us: The Indian Institute of Technology Bombay, set up in 1958 as the second IIT, is recognised worldwide as a leader in the field of science and engineering education and research. The Institute was granted the status of 'Institution of Eminence' by the Ministry of Education (the then Ministry of Human Resources Development) on July 9, 2018. IIT Bombay's mission is to foster strong relationships with its alumni, corporations and philanthropists to advance the cause of education, research and innovation. The Institute seeks a highly motivated and experienced professional for the position of AM/DM/Manager – Alumni Donor Relations(Research) who can work closely with the Institute's stakeholders to achieve this vision. Key Responsibilities: * Develop and implement strategies to engage alumni, corporations and philanthropists in IIT Bombay's mission. * Identify and pursue potential donors and partners for the Institute's research and innovation initiatives. * Collaborate with various departments of the Institute to develop and execute plans for donor relations and fundraising. * Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including alumni, corporate partners and philanthropists. * Provide exceptional customer service to donors and partners. * Work closely with the Development Office to ensure effective communication and coordination with stakeholders. * Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
