Safeguarding and further development of high-quality care and quality standards
Efficient creation and optimization of service and tour plans
Closer exchange with clients, relatives, and external partners
Responsibility for correct care documentation and support
Your qualification: Completed training in gerontology or health and nursing care
Further education to home care leadership according to §71 SGB XI
At least 2 years of professional experience in ambulatory care, ideally 1 year in a leading position
Fundamental knowledge in quality management and care documentation
Outstanding communication and leadership skills
Your advantage: Unrestricted employment contract in full-time or part-time
