Ambulant Objectleider

Ambulant Objectleider sought for the Rotterdam region where you will work with beautiful SMB companies. You know your clients and lead a team of approximately 20 to 35 employees. If necessary, you support in cleaning and earn more credits among employees. Together, you stand strong!

Do you want to be responsible for about 10-20 buildings and do you know how to motivate your employees? Do you want to work for an organization that sees and values you? Then react quickly!

Within the Rotterdam region, you are operationally accountable on various locations. You lead the cleaning staff and have a lot of contact with the client about the points that stand out positively and the areas for improvement. Discuss this with the foremen and walk around the control rounds together. Is it cleaned according to the contract? Top! Is there a need for extra hours or services? Then make an offer and discuss it with the customer. Approved? Nice! You log in the hours and discuss this with the employees. More revenue for the company!

You are also responsible for the administrative side, reconciling hours, and making offers. If you have questions about this, there is a Regional Manager to support you. Collaboration is very important.

You are suitable for the role of Ambulant Objectleider if you can work hard and get it done with your team every day again. Additionally, you possess:

• At least a completed MBO education;
• Leadership experience;
• A smile that you can use for employees and clients;
• A flexible mindset; you know this is not a 9-to-5 job. The employees start at 07:00 am in the morning and are also working late at night. If they need you, you can be called;
• Clear communication; people know what they have with you and can rely on you;
• A proactive approach; you handle matters and handle them well.

In the role of Ambulant Objectleider, besides nice colleagues and growth opportunities, a salary is offered between €2500 and €2900 gross per month on a full-time basis depending on your work experience and education(s).
