Ambassador - Electric Scooters

Our client is looking for part-time and full-time Ambassador/Patrollers who can maintain and monitor our innovative, environmentally friendly electric scooters across the city of Edmonton! If you are proactive, customer service oriented and love to work outdoors then this may be the perfect job for you! We have various shifts available, and you must have flexibility to work weekends. Responsibilities: Collect and re-balance vehicles gathered at popular destination points. Move improperly parked vehicles to designated parking areas. Ensure all vehicles are properly secured and stored. Monitor and report any issues or concerns with the scooters. Provide excellent customer service to users of the scooters. Assist with scooter maintenance and repairs as needed. Participate in regular meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures. Maintain a clean and organized workspace. Perform other duties as assigned.
