Amazon Delivery Station Associate

As an Amazon Delivery Station Associate, you will be part of the Amazon team dedicated to the last stop before delivering smiles to customers. This dynamic, physical position receives full trucks of already-packed orders that are then prepared for delivery. You will load conveyor belts, organize, and transport deliveries to be picked up by delivery drivers. Take advantage of the opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art warehouse with flexible hours. We have full-time jobs with 8-hour shifts daily during the day accumulating 48 hours per week. Or 7-hour shifts at night accumulating 40 hours per week. Main Functions and Responsibilities

1. Moving and stacking pallets.
2. Use of pallet jack.
3. General cleaning and tidiness of the work area.
4. Disassembling corrugated cardboard.
5. Auditing and unloading trailers.
6. Filling out forms and paperwork.
7. Loading, labeling, and stacking packages (maximum 20kg).
8. Package sorting.
9. Organizing and dispatching cargo vehicles (motorcycles, cars, and/or vans).
10. Reconciling packages and inventories.
11. Labeling and identifying inventory.

What We Are Looking For in You

1. Good physical condition to walk an average of 5 to 10 km daily.
2. Ability to stand and/or walk for a minimum of ten-hour shifts.
3. Proficiency with mobile devices and applications.
4. Flexibility to work and switch shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
5. Ability to work under pressure (achieve a productivity standard).
6. Ability to manage changing priorities and use good judgment in stressful situations.
7. Effective communication.
8. Ability to learn quickly in a dynamic environment.

2. Environment: You will work with moving machinery such as order pickers, cargo pallet jacks, automatic conveyor belts, forklifts, and mobile carts.

4. Temperature: Even in an air-conditioned environment, temperatures can vary between 15°C and 35°C inside the warehouse. Temperatures for the maneuvering yard or inside trailers can vary between 10°C and 45°C.
5. Noise Level: It can be noisy at times. We provide hearing protection if you need it.
6. Dress Code: Casual, with some rules to follow for safety. Comfortable, closed-toe shoes are required.
7. Breaks: Amazon has implemented the necessary measures to ensure workers have appropriate seating. During rest and meal periods, employees can take their break in the cafeteria area where chairs are available, or leave the Company premises if they wish.

Work Schedule and Shifts The schedules are fixed and full-time where you can work between 40 and 48 hours per week. There are day or night shifts. It should be noted that, while schedules are fixed, workdays may vary. For example, an associate might be assigned to work Monday to Friday one week, and Tuesday to Saturday the next, but will always have the same schedule from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Review all options and choose the one that best suits your needs. 3. Successfully complete your background check, free medical examination, and drug test.

1. Valid Official Identification (INE or Passport).

4. Upon completion of your process, we will request:
   1. R.F.C. (Updated Federal Taxpayer Registry).
   2. 18-digit interbank CLABE (this can be from the bank of your choice).

In case of being a foreigner, you must present a work permit in the country, as well as all the aforementioned documents.
