Amazon Operations & Account Manager (m/w/d)

As Senior Amazon Operations Manager, you are the operational backbone of our Amazon business. In a phase of strong growth, we are not looking for a pure administrator, but an architect who professionalizes existing processes, ensures operational excellence, and leads our junior team professionally. You report directly to management and create the necessary space for strategic new-launch projects.

Aufgaben

• Operative Leitung: You take full ownership of the Amazon backend (Seller Central) and ensure that all workflows (content maintenance, SEO optimization, flat files) run error-free.
• Prozess-Design: You develop and document scalable standard operating procedures (SOPs) for our junior managers and take final quality control (double-check instance).
• Launch-Management: You ensure the
