This time, however, it's not a startup in the classical sense, but a German family-owned company, one of the largest European manufacturers of personal care products, with its own production in Wülfrath, over 1,300 articles, and presence in more than 120 countries. Additionally, they also own one of the most exciting German natural cosmetics brands.

Tasks

• You manage and scale the sales of both brands on EU marketplaces – and build UK & USA with it.
• You introduce new products: from content briefing to SEO-optimized listings to A+ content.
• You develop and optimize our PPC campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display).
• You plan actions, run A/B tests, and analyze performance.
• You keep track of inventory, coordinate FBA deliveries, and ensure account health.
• You make product selection together with the team and create forecasts.
• You work closely with Product Management, Design, Customer Service, and a Content Freelancer.
• You manage and develop our company-owned Amazon shop further.

Qualification

• Multiple years of hands-on experience in Amazon Seller/Vendor Management (FBA), preferably in the FMCG/Beauty field.
• Demonstrable success in scaling Amazon accounts – you know PPC, SEO listings, and forecasting from practice, not just from tools.
• Ideal experience with UK & USA marketplaces.
• Number affinity: You manage over KPIs, not by gut feeling.
• Eigenverantwortliche, structured working style – you are the owner of the channel.
• Very good German and good English.
