ABOUT NEOLYMP

Neolymp is a fitness brand from Berlin, founded in 2018, that develops high-quality fitness products – from pull-up bars to resistance bands to walking pads. We successfully sell our products via Amazon as well as our own online shop. As a rapidly growing e-commerce brand, we are continuously working to develop our processes and build expertise internally. A particular focus is placed on building our in-house graphics department and developing modern, AI-supported creative processes.

As a Listing Graphic Designer (m/f/d), you will take on complete operational graphic work, be the point of contact for all graphic matters, and independently implement briefs from marketing and e-commerce. You will work alone as a single contributor, without team responsibility or people management. The focus is not on leading a team, but on independently executing and completing tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

YOUR TASKS

• Graphic and Creative Creation: You will independently develop sales-driven Amazon listings – from product images and A+ Content to graphic modules – and professionally implement briefs from marketing and e-commerce.
• Content Production with AI: You will create high-quality creatives using modern AI tools like Midjourney or Firefly and optimize them with programs like Photoshop, Illustrator, and Lightroom.
• E-commerce Visuals: You will design shop banners, product sections, and other visual content for our Shopify store, ensuring our brand presence is consistent and high-quality across all channels.
• Analysis & Optimization: You will analyze competitors and target audiences, develop effective design concepts based on this analysis, and independently translate them into compelling visuals.
• Responsibility for the Graphics Department: As the central point of contact for all graphic matters, you will work independently as a single contributor and support the development of our internal graphics department and AI-based creative processes.

Qualifications

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING

• Experience in AI-supported Content Creation: You have practical experience with AI tools such as Midjourney, Firefly, Freepik AI, or comparable applications and enjoy experimenting with new technologies.
• Team Spirit: You enjoy working in interdisciplinary teams, actively contribute your ideas, and are able to achieve optimal results together. Open, appreciative communication is a matter of course for you, and you know how to constructively bring different perspectives together.
• Sound Design Knowledge: You are proficient with Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Lightroom. Knowledge of Blender is an additional plus.
• E-commerce Understanding: Ideally, you have experience in the e-commerce environment (Amazon, Shopify) or in performance marketing and understand how sales-driven creatives need to be structured.
• Independent Work Style: You work in a structured, self-reliant manner and reliably translate briefs into finished visual packages.
• Sense for Conversion and Design: You have a good understanding of conversion psychology, product staging, and brand-appropriate design.
• Language Skills: You have fluent German language skills, both written and spoken.
