You know what's going on at Amazon, have already installed or sold products yourself, and when a listing is suspended, you know what to do. And besides managing things, you're eager to really make them better – with a view to automation and AI, not because it's a buzzword, but because you realize how much time you can save.

This role is an operational in-house position. You will work closely with our Amazon team lead and drive the marketplace forward together – primarily on-site in Salzkotten, with the possibility of two days of home office per week.

Aufgaben

• You maintain and optimize product listings on Amazon PAN-EU – titles, bullet points, descriptions, A+ content – and ensure that our products are found and purchased.
• You accompany new product launches on the marketplace: from ASIN setup to content upload until release on all relevant European marketplaces.
• You take care of error corrections – suspended listings, incorrect attribute assignments, ASIN conflicts – and find a structured way to solve them.
• You monitor and maintain our third-party seller activities and keep an eye on competitors on our listings.
• You set GPSR requirements at the marketplace and ensure that product safety information is correctly and fully recorded.
• You work with Sellerboard and Helium 10, recognize patterns in the data, and lead to sensible optimization measures.
• You bring in active ideas on how we can streamline processes – also using KI tools – and make them more efficient.

Qualifikation

• You have demonstrable practical experience in dealing with Amazon Seller Central – whether through a fixed-term employment, a study focused on E-commerce, or because you've sold products yourself (eBay, own shop, Amazon-owned account).
• You understand how product data works on Amazon: flat files, bulk uploads, attribute structures – you know what to do.
• You work structured and don't lose sight even with multiple open projects.
• You have fun with numbers and can interpret Sellerboard data or simple KPI reports.
• You are open to KI-supported tools and have no hesitation in trying out new things.
• You have experience with Helium 10 – keyword research, listing optimization, market analysis.
