Amazon Connect Conversational Architect

Job description

We are looking for a highly skilled Conversational Solutions Architect experienced in Amazon Connect. You will design end-to-end voice and digital contact-center solutions, drive architecture best practices, integrate enterprise systems, and implement GenAI-powered automation across Google Cloud and AWS platforms.

Responsibilities:

Architect scalable solutions using Amazon Connect
Define APIs, data mappings, integration specs, and high-level architecture
Lead design of IVR, chatbots, NLP/ASR workflows, and omnichannel experiences
Implement GenAI and LLM-based solutions using Bedrock, Lex, SageMaker
Integrate with CRMs and enterprise systems through secure APIs and event-driven flows
Ensure cloud security, IAM, monitoring, and compliance on both AWS
Collaborate with business, engineering, and cross-functional teams to deliver solutions
