Amazon Advertising Manager (m/w/d/) - Remote or Hybrid

We are a specialized Amazon agency with an international customer portfolio and a clear focus on data-driven, sustainable growth. For our customers, we develop scalable advertising strategies along the entire funnel – from structural account architecture to continuous performance optimization.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Senior Amazon Advertising Manager (m/w/d) with several years of experience in Amazon Advertising – ideally in an agency field. This role is aimed at experienced specialists who take responsibility, work strategically, and actively contribute to the further development of our performance structures.

Tasks

• Strategic planning, setup, and scaling of Amazon Advertising campaigns of various campaign types (SP, SB, SD, DSP advantageous)
• Sole responsibility for budget management and performance optimization based on relevant KPIs
• Implementation of keyword, competition, and market analyses
• Creation of structured reports including data-based recommendations
• Active shaping of processes, standards, and best practices within the Advertising department

Qualification

• Multiple years of fundamental experience in Amazon Advertising
• Ideal agency experience or experience managing multiple brands parallel
• Deep understanding of Amazon mechanics, auction logic, and campaign architecture
• Confident handling of large budgets and complex account structures
• Outstanding analytical and data-driven thinking
• Very good knowledge of the Amazon Ad Console and relevant analysis tools
• Bonus: Knowledge in dealing with programmatic advertising (Amazon DSP)
• Entrepreneurial mindset and independent working style
• Very good German and English skills
