Responsibilities

Do you not only know Amazon Ads from the Campaign Manager but also understand how sustainable performance is created from data, structure, and a clear strategy?

We are looking for reinforcement in the area of Amazon Advertising. This is not about simply running campaigns. You will take responsibility for your accounts, analyze developments, question results, and develop measures to further optimize the performance of our clients.

You will work independently, contribute your ideas, and communicate closely with the team and our clients.

Your Responsibilities

• Development, management, and continuous optimization of Amazon Ads strategies
• Responsibility for Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display
• Structuring and further development of campaigns and accounts
• Analysis of relevant performance data and derivation of concrete recommendations for action
• Identification of growth potential and development of suitable measures
• Regular evaluation and contextualization of campaign performance
• Strategic exchange with clients on performance, developments, and next steps
• Planning and execution of tests for the further development of existing campaign strategies
• Monitoring new opportunities and developments within Amazon Advertising
• Co-shaping and further development of our internal processes and working methods

Qualifications

What you bring

Sound practical experience in Amazon Ads Management

• Confident use of Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display
• A good understanding of performance marketing and the interrelationships within the Amazon marketplace
• Enjoyment of numbers, analyses, and data-driven decisions
• The ability to not only evaluate performance but also to derive concrete next steps from it
• A structured, reliable, and independent way of working
• A high standard of quality for your own work
• Enjoyment of taking responsibility for accounts and results
• Clear and professional communication when interacting with clients and within the team
• Good German and English language skills

Nice to have

• Experience with larger or more complex Amazon Ads account structures
• Experience with automations, rules, or tools in the Amazon advertising environment
• Knowledge of Amazon Retail or Seller Central or Vendor Central
• Experience with reporting and analysis tools
• Interest in AI and in integrating new technologies meaningfully into existing processes
• Exposure to topics such as profitability, conversion optimization, or strategic assortment management
