If you're interested, read on. We are looking for a full-time Amazon Account Manager / E-Commerce Consultant (m/w/d) in Cologne-Ehrenfeld.

Aufgaben

What to expect from us

• You will manage your own seller & vendor accounts and be the point of contact for Vendor and Seller Central.
• You will coordinate with our Content Creators to create product texts and A+ content, increasing findability and conversion of products in all marketplaces.
• You will create regular reports with previously measured and analyzed KPIs and present them to your customers.
• You will work in a team, take on more responsibility for your own customers, and accompany projects from start to finish.
• You will actively use KI-Tools – for analysis, automation, and solving things cleverly.
• You will create data-based reportings for our customers (Google Sheets).
• You think with: at budget deployment, advertising goals, and strategy.
• You have an eye on new tools, AI developments, and platform updates – and bring that into the team.
• You are the point of contact for our customers – by email and phone.

Qualifikation

What you bring with you

• You have a completed degree (Bachelor or Master) in E-Commerce / Marketing / Economics or a comparable background.
• E-Commerce is your passion and has not been just since this job posting. You bring first-hand experience (ideally 1.5–2 years) in the Amazon & agency field and have already worked for or with sellers or vendors.
• You are familiar with Seller/Vendor Central and have first-hand practical experience with sponsored products, brands, and display ads – deep special knowledge is built upon at our company.
• You are a thinker, a fun-maker, creative, motivated, and analytically thinking, and keep your cool even in stressful situations.
• You are confident in handling MS-Office (especially EXCEL & PowerPoint), email, and online tools.
• You have very good German language skills (spoken and written) and no hesitation to interact with English-speaking leads.
• You take a confident approach when dealing with customers and bring enthusiasm for presenting (online and offline) to further refine it.
• You work customer- and goal-oriented, bring high self-motivation, and have great fun learning continuously in the Amazon field.
