AM Trade Operations (Stock Broking) - Bangalore

Job Title: Assistant Trade Operations Key Responsibilities Manage and execute trade settlement activities for Equity and Derivatives segments (NSE and BSE). Handle billing and reconciliation processes related to client and proprietary trades. Manage margin reporting — including Peak Margin, Intraday Margin, and EOD Margin — preferably with ICCL Clearing Corporation. Oversee MTF (Margin Trading Facility) processes, including margin reconciliation and MTR reporting to the exchange. Manage RTRMS activities. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including brokers, back-office, and technology teams, to resolve trade-related issues. Prepare and submit various reports to regulatory bodies. Monitor and reconcile demat accounts. Adhere to strict deadlines and maintain accuracy in all tasks. Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. Proven experience in trade operations within the stock broking industry. In-depth knowledge of Equity and Derivatives markets in India. Familiarity with NSE and BSE trading platforms and settlement processes. Strong understanding of margin reporting, MTF processes, and RTRMS. Knowledge of regulatory guidelines and compliance requirements. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel.
