This is a hands-on role where you'll work directly on onboarding new partners, optimizing partnership operations, and identifying opportunities to maximize value from our strategic relationships. Key Responsibilities • Support the end-to-end onboarding process for new partners, ensuring seamless integration into our ecosystem. • Optimize partnership operations by streamlining processes, improving communication, and enhancing overall partner experience. • Identify opportunities to maximize value from our strategic relationships through data-driven insights and creative solutions. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective partnership strategies. • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the curve and inform business decisions. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing partners, ensuring their needs are met and they remain engaged with our brand. Requirements • 3-6 years of experience in marketing or a related field. • Strong understanding of the unlisted shares and digital gold space, including market trends and key players. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with partners and internal stakeholders. • Proven track record of driving growth through strategic partnerships. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of motivation and energy.
