Job Title: AM/Manager - FP&A Job Location: Sector 98, Noida Job Type: Full time & Onsite Shift timings: 3:30 pm to 1 am IST Key Responsibilities - Annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning processes Analyze financial performance versus budget, forecast, and prior periods; explain variances and trends Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives, investments, and scenario planning Deliver executive-level reporting, KPIs, and dashboards with clear and concise insights Provide thought leadership and recommendations to senior management on financial strategy, resource allocation, and process improvements Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and optimize financial performance Key Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field 5+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools Familiarity with financial planning and budgeting software such as Adaptive Insights, Anaplan, or equivalent Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines Ability to work independently and as part of a team Benefits - Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunities for professional growth and development Collaborative and dynamic work environment
