In the context of an employment in audiology, all important basic knowledge for professional activity will be imparted in theory and practice.

Tasks

• You accompany our customers from A to Z on their path to better hearing and more quality of life.
• You are the central point of communication within the company, both internally and externally. You discuss with health insurance companies, laboratories, ENT practices, or hearing aid manufacturers.
• You coordinate appointments and prepare for them before and after.
• The entire ordering process and inventory management also belong to that.
• You advise deeply on topics such as hearing loss and hearing aids, accessories, and ear protection.
• If you want to be involved in hands-on work later, you can prepare the hearing tests and the molds of earpieces.
• You can also take over service appointments, where hearing aids are regularly checked, repaired, and cleaned.

Qualification

• Completed training in a commercial, service-oriented field (e.g. sales, consulting, retail, wholesale, merchants)
• Relevant experience in customer contact
• Organizational skills for good structure
• Empathy and enthusiasm for a new task with future prospects
