The job of a sales consultant, what is it?

The sales consultant is the privileged interlocutor for clients for the maintenance and repair of their vehicle. He welcomes them, identifies their needs, organizes the interventions in the workshop and ensures their satisfaction until the return of the vehicle. Your missions within our dealership:

• Welcome customers and identify precisely their needs regarding maintenance or repair

• Write and formalize repair orders while ensuring the accuracy of the information transmitted

• Ensure the link between the client and the workshop for a clear and efficient transmission of technical requests

• Follow the progress of interventions and inform the customer on the advancement status

• Participate in the return of vehicles by presenting the repairs performed

• Get involved in the quality of service by contributing to customer satisfaction and loyalty

Sought-after profile:

• You are a graduate of a mechanical training program at the Bac or Bac professional level

• You justify a first experience, acquired during internships or apprenticeship contracts

• You appreciate customer contact and teamwork

• You have good knowledge in automotive after-sales service

• A driving license B is an asset, whether already obtained or in the process of being obtained
