Job description
Apprentice Master's Degree in Supply Chain
Reporting to: Supply Chain Department
Education: Bachelor's degree +4 / Master's degree +5 – Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent
MISSIONS
As part of the development and continuous improvement of our Supply Chain processes, you will participate in optimizing the company's physical and informational flows. You will be involved in operational and cross-functional projects, in conjunction with the Supply Chain teams and the various site departments.
Stock Management Optimization
- Participate in defining and improving stock calculation and management methods.
- Analyze and adjust management parameters: safety stocks, Kanban, service flows, replenishment thresholds, etc.
- Analyze stock levels and identify optimization levers.
- Contribute to improving service rate while controlling stock levels.
- Document and validate management methods and parameters.
Supply Chain Flow and Performance Improvement
- Map and analyze logistics and physical flows.
- Participate in optimizing layouts and storage locations.
- Deploy visual standards and Visual Management tools.
- Identify sources of waste and propose improvement actions.
- Support teams in implementing and sustaining new practices.
Project Management and Continuous Improvement
- Participate in managing Supply Chain continuous improvement projects.
- Structure and monitor action plans, indicators, and schedules.
- Facilitate working groups with the various departments.
- Contribute to change management and the deployment of new practices.
- Conduct analyses to identify areas for improvement and assist in decision-making.
Development of Steering Tools
- Participate in the creation and improvement of Supply Chain performance monitoring tools.
- Build and evolve dashboards and indicators.
- Contribute to the automation and validation of data.
- Exploit data to facilitate steering and decision-making.
Requirements
Education and Knowledge
- You are pursuing a Master's degree (Bachelor's +4/Master's +5) in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or an equivalent program.
- You have a good understanding of Supply Chain principles and Lean Management.
- You have a genuine interest in continuous improvement and process optimization.
- You are comfortable with data analysis and digital tools.
- You are proficient in office software, particularly Excel; knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
Skills
- Ability to analyze data, identify issues, and formulate recommendations.
- Ability to structure and manage an action plan.
- Aptitude for working in a project-based and cross-functional environment.
- Synthetic thinking and ability to translate analyses into concrete actions.
- Awareness of operational performance challenges.
