Why we are recruiting You will join the Learning & Development team to contribute to a key challenge: the growth of the Group's employees. Your role: to make training simple, effective, and engaging, by intervening across the entire chain (organization, tools, content, data). 👉 A concrete opportunity to discover a global L&D environment and rapidly develop your skills. Your role You will be involved in various missions, which are operational, analytical, and creative: Training Organization (40%)

Plan and coordinate sessions (invitations, follow-ups, attendance tracking)

Manage registrations via platforms (LMS)

Ensure administrative follow-up and compliance

Tools & Data Management (40%)

Track indicators (participation, completion, engagement)

Consolidate data from different tools (LMS…)

Update dashboards and contribute to reporting

Analyze performance and propose corrective action plans

Learning Experience & Content (20%)

Update catalogs and optimize training paths

Improve the learner experience (navigation, ergonomics)

Participate in the creation of educational content (materials, e-learning, interactive content)

Student in Master's in HR, Educational Sciences, or equivalent

Previous experience in HR or Learning & Development is a plus

Proficient with digital tools (LMS/LXP, collaborative tools…)

Interest in pedagogy and e-learning

Knowledge of instructional design (ADDIE, 70-20-10…) is appreciated
