Job description

Apprenticeship · Paris 9e · Remote Work · desired alternating rhythm 3 weeks company / 1 week school
Thiga in 30 seconds:

Thiga is a consulting firm specializing in AI and digital. We support the largest French groups and scale-ups: Decathlon, Doctolib, AXA, ManoMano, Mirakl, Disney, Leboncoin, and a hundred others. We are 200 employees, mostly in Paris.
Thiga Academy is our training organization. We train product teams (Product Managers, Product Owners, Designers, Product Leaders) and those who aspire to be: product management, product discovery, product leadership, and AI applied to product. Both in open enrollment and in-company training, we pass on what our consultants practice with our clients every day.
Why this role:

The Academy trains 2000 professionals each year and its offering is solid. The problem: today, it communicates almost not at all. Little content, little presence, brand awareness far below what the catalog deserves.

It's a blank slate on the growth side, and that's exactly what makes the role interesting. We're looking for someone to build, measure, and run the Academy's acquisition engine from scratch: what channels, what messages, what funnel, with what results. Not to decorate the catalog, but to fill it.

What you will do 🖇

1. Build and run the acquisition engine, with the Head of Marketing & Events

  • Structure the end-to-end acquisition funnel: which channels bring traffic, what converts to leads, what triggers registration

  • Continuously test channels and formats (organic and paid LinkedIn, email, SEO, partnerships, trade shows) and quickly cut what doesn't work

  • Create and iterate landing pages for the catalog and sessions, designed to convert from the first draft and refined based on data

  • Implement email sequences in HubSpot: nurturing, follow-ups, reactivation of dormant contacts, with A/B testing on subject lines and CTAs

  • Support the launch of new training programs with a dedicated acquisition plan, not just a communication plan

  • Create the necessary materials for the funnel with Figma (catalog, brochures, leaflets) keeping in mind that a piece of collateral exists to convert, not just to exist

  • Represent the Academy at trade shows and events, with the goal of qualified leads at the end, not just presence

  • 2. Measure, analyze, arbitrate

The core of the role. Without measurement, there's no growth, just marketing telling itself stories.

  • Track the key KPIs at each stage of the funnel: traffic, click-through rate, conversion rate to lead, conversion rate to registration, cost per acquisition per registrant, session fill rate

  • Build HubSpot dashboards that provide a clear view of what's working, channel by channel, campaign by campaign

  • Identify where the funnel is leaking and propose hypotheses to test to plug the leaks

  • Report results to the Head of Marketing & Events to arbitrate future messages, offers, and channels, with numbers, not impressions

  • 3. Keep the brand and community alive, which fuel the funnel

Acquisition doesn't work without content or social proof. It's the fuel for the funnel.

  • Define the editorial line and bring it to life: LinkedIn posts, articles, newsletters, short formats around product and AI

  • Animate the relationship with alumni and the learner community: testimonials, case studies, word-of-mouth that can be turned into a measurable acquisition channel

  • AI is not an option here, it's the cornerstone of our way of working, and we expect you to have this mindset. Practically, you will leverage AI at every step: generate and iterate copy variations with Claude, produce visuals with Nano Banana and Figma, teasers with HeyGen, or transform a Granola transcript into an article and a LinkedIn carousel. This allows you to move fast and test ten times more hypotheses than a traditional team.

The stack you will use 🧰

Modern growth marketing is a combination of intuition tested by data, speed of execution, and the right tools at the right time.

  • LLMs and Agents: Claude (Pro and Code), Gemini

  • Visual and Audio Generation: Nano Banana, Adobe Firefly, ElevenLabs, HeyGen

  • Marketing Ops: HubSpot (CRM, marketing hub, workflows), Luma, Phantom Buster

  • Note-taking and Knowledge Management: Granola, Notion AI

  • Coding Vibe (as a bonus, for profiles who want to go further): Lovable, Cursor for tinkering with internal micro-tools

  • You don't need to master everything from the start. We expect real curiosity and a desire to practice, not an exhaustive CV.

The profile we are looking for 🌟
  • Education: Business or communication school, in M1 or M2, ideally with a specialization in marketing, growth, or entrepreneurship

  • Proven personal AI practice: you have a side project, a ChatGPT or Claude account that you use every day, a Make or n8n workflow you've built, a custom agent, an LLM-assisted blog, a GitHub repository, or anything that demonstrates AI is part of your life.

  • Growth mindset: you think in funnels before thinking in campaigns, you formulate hypotheses before producing, and testing and measuring comes more naturally to you than producing for the sake of producing.

  • Data appetite: Excel or Google Sheets hold no secrets for you, and the idea of digging into a dashboard to understand why a conversion rate has changed interests you more than it bores you.

  • Communication flair: you know how to write to be read, you have already managed a page, an account, or a community.

  • Operational rigor and attention to detail: you know that an email sequence starting with "Hello {firstName}" is a mistake, and that a poorly framed A/B test proves nothing.

  • Business acumen: you understand MQL, CAC, NPS concepts, and you know that a great campaign is worthless if it doesn't fill the sessions.

  • Beyond hard skills, we are especially looking for someone curious, motivated, resourceful, and not afraid to propose new ideas!

    What we offer 🎊
  • Premium AI stack: Claude, Gemini, and easy access to all relevant AI tools for your work

  • Mentorship and daily presence from marketing team members specializing in growth, events, and AI topics

  • Follow-up cadence: weekly 1-to-1 with the Head of Marketing & Events. Daily teamwork with other Heads of (Content, Design) and the CMO

  • Work environment: offices at 23 rue Taitbout (Paris 9), marketing team of 8 people

  • Compensation: legal apprenticeship scale, transparent from the interview

  • The process 🎢

Send your CV, a link to a side project or portfolio (even if it's homemade). No cover letter.

    The process will include:

  • A first call with our Talent Acquisition Manager

  • An interview with the Head of Marketing & Events

  • A case study to prepare and present

  • A final interview with Hugo, our CEO

  • Thiga welcomes all competent and passionate individuals and is committed to cultural diversity, gender equality, and the employment of people with disabilities—in fact, we consider diversity a great asset!
