Founded in 2011, Coutume is a pioneer company in specialty coffee in France. More than a roaster, we are a brand committed to a responsible approach, combining taste, quality, design, and transparency.
With several coffee shops in Paris, an e-shop, a passionate team, and creative collaborations, we are developing a modern vision of coffee, focused on customer experience and innovation.
Your daily tasks
We are recruiting a Marketing Assistant Apprentice to strengthen our team and support our development projects.
Your main tasks:
Operational Marketing: creation and monitoring of Point of Sale (POS) and In-Store (IS) materials, participation in the launch of menus and new products in our shops
Communication & Content: organization of photo/video shoots with an agency (briefing, planning, logistics)
Emailing & Loyalty: campaign creation, content writing, segmentation
Engagement & Moderation: management of customer messages, responses to reviews, Google My Business monitoring
Events: organization of events (pop-ups, workshops, press)
E-commerce: product sheet updates, logistical coordination if necessary and
Creation of catalogs for our sales representatives
What we expect from you
Coordination with external agencies (social media, SEO, web design, etc.)
Autonomous, responsible, and structured: you will be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proactive, organized, rigorous, creative
Sense of aesthetics and interest in the food / lifestyle / retail universe
Very good writing skills (spelling, brand tone)
Comfortable with:
Canva, Google Workspace, Brevo or equivalent.
Adobe Suite (a plus).
Your work environment

The dress code is casual. You will have 25 days of paid leave per year within the framework of a 35-hour work week.
Remuneration
The planned remuneration for this apprenticeship contract is EUR 850–1,500 per month.
