Alternance - Renault Rent Consultant H/F (Based in Lyon)

Job description

Your main missions will be as follows:

Commerce :

Relay the policy of the Renault Rent Responsible/Exploitation Responsible on site,
Manage the Renault Rent Agent or ensure client reception,
Apply and enforce procedures and standards,
Earn a rigorous client qualification,
Alert the Renault Rent Responsible (or Exploitation Responsible) to needs for vehicle deployment,
Ensure high-quality service to clients,
Ensure and have ensured vehicle cleanliness in park,
FOLLOW UP AND RE-LAUNCH INTERNET LEADS.

Gestion - organisation :

Preliminary payment, credit card guarantee,
Verify that settlement terms are respected during Renault Rent restitution,
Ensure protection and management of client payments (cash, checks),
In conjunction with accounting, ensure follow-up and recovery for client accounts Renault Rent,
Mastery the cost of negotiation.

Wear individual protective equipment,
Maintain order and cleanliness at your workstation.

In the event of any dysfunctions or non-compliance with the code of ethics detected, the Renault Rent Consultant is required to report the information to their hierarchy.

Recommended training : Student in BEP to Bac+2 commerce. Knowledge : invoicing coding, basic mechanical maintenance, vehicle functionality and embedded systems. Experience : desired. Skills :
