Job description
Your main missions will be as follows:
Commerce :
- Relay the policy of the Renault Rent Responsible/Exploitation Responsible on site,
- Manage the Renault Rent Agent or ensure client reception,
- Apply and enforce procedures and standards,
- Earn a rigorous qualification of clients,
- Alert the Renault Rent Responsible (or Exploitation Responsible) to needs for vehicle deployment,
- Guarantee quality service to the client,
- Ensure and ensure vehicle cleanliness in park,
- FOLLOW UP AND RELAY INTERNET LEADS.
- Prior payment, credit card guarantee,
- Verify that settlement terms are respected during Renault Rent restitution,
- Ensure protection and management of client payments (cash, checks),
- In line with accounting, ensure follow-up and recovery for client accounts Renault Rent,
- Mastery the cost of negotiation.
- Respect and enforce safety rules on site, including for external companies and set an example,
- Use collective protective equipment,
- Wear individual protective equipment,
- Maintain order and cleanliness at your workstation.
Recommended training : Student in BEP to Bac+2 commerce. Knowledge : invoicing coding, basic mechanical interview knowledge, vehicle and embedded systems functionality. Experience : desired. Skills :
