The position of Internship - Junior Recruiter - M/F

Location: Brest
Duration: 2 years

Working alongside a senior recruiter, you will learn and gradually become involved in all aspects of the department's activities.

Recruitment:
- Analyze the need and conduct the job brief with the manager
- Define the acquisition strategy (job boards, sourcing, recruitment agencies, etc.)
- Write and disseminate job advertisements and/or direct approach messages
- Analyze applications received
- Send and analyze recruitment tests
- Conduct pre-qualifications
- Organize and/or conduct interviews with managers
- Finalize recruitment: assist in decision-making, job offer, negotiation, closing
- Throughout the process, maintain contact with candidates and managers

Administrative:
- Ensure real-time updating of tools
- Participate in processing the department's collective inboxes

Campus Management / Employer Branding:
- Maintain partnership relations with one or more schools
- Organize and/or participate in recruitment or employer branding events (forums, job dating, etc.)
- Conduct studies, research, and analyses based on departmental needs
