Job Description:
MAIN MISSIONS
Reporting to the Logistics Methods Manager, you will actively participate in site transformation projects and continuous improvement initiatives for the service. With a focus on Safety, Quality, Cost, Deadline, Environment (SQCDE), you will undertake various missions*:
Process Improvement
- Audit logistics processes and identify areas for improvement
- Implement and monitor performance indicators (KPIs)
- Contribute to the optimization of flows and organizations
Lean & Performance
- Lead or participate in Lean projects (5S, QRQC, Kaizen)
- Optimize storage and physical flows
- Improve workstation ergonomics
Operational Support
- Support the warehouse on field activities
- Improve supplier packaging
- Participate in the evolution of IT tools and processes
Standardization & Support
- Define and update logistics standards
- Train and support teams in best practices
