Alternance Developer (IA) - Lille (F/H)

Your Main Missions 1. IA & Accessibility of Knowledge Explore and deploy AI-based solutions (LLM, RAG) to automate responses and enhance user autonomy. Optimize and evolve the internal chatbot to make it the main entry point for support. Set up AI tools to assist N1 and N2 technicians in searching and writing solutions. 2. Audit & Diagnostic of Knowledge Analyze support tickets to identify areas for improvement, optimize knowledge bases, and ensure consistency with company policies. Develop and implement a knowledge management system to facilitate collaboration and sharing among teams. Ensure the quality and relevance of content by conducting regular audits and providing training to team members.3. Collaborative Tools Implement collaborative tools (e.g., Slack, Microsoft Teams) to facilitate communication and information sharing between teams. Set up workflows and processes for efficient task management and tracking.4. Knowledge Sharing Organize knowledge-sharing sessions with experts and stakeholders to identify best practices and areas for improvement. Develop and implement a training program to ensure team members have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their tasks effectively.5. Innovation & Creativity Encourage innovation and creativity by providing opportunities for professional development, attending industry conferences, and participating in hackathons or ideation sessions.6. Team Management Manage and coordinate teams to achieve project goals and objectives. Ensure effective communication, collaboration, and conflict resolution within the team.7. Continuous Improvement Continuously improve processes, tools, and methodologies to ensure the highest level of quality and efficiency.8. Stakeholder Engagement Engage with stakeholders (e.g., customers, partners) to understand their needs and expectations. Project Management Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and high-quality results.10.
