🎯 MISSIONS
Activity 1: Management of Customs Declarations and Inventory Accounting
Manage customs declarations (DAE/DSAC), movement documents, and inventory accounting stock tracking for Food & Beverage products (wines, spirits, fine groceries).
Ensure fiscal compliance related to the circulation of these products and oversee invoicing/sales administration.
Activity 2: Contribution to the Continuous Improvement of Customs Processes
Actively participate in exchanges with the project team to report anomalies, feedback, and propose improvements to customs tools (especially the new tool currently being deployed).
Secure and simplify customs and administrative processes.
Activity 3: Internal Support and Training
Prepare training and simplification materials to facilitate understanding of customs processes.
Explain the impacts of customs constraints to operational teams.
Activity 4: Regulatory Watch and International Commercial Development
Conduct regulatory watch on customs and fiscal aspects, particularly for Food & Beverage products, and alert the company to updates.
Participate in commercial development towards new countries (e.g., Netherlands, Austria) by studying customs and fiscal specificities.
Activity 5: Logistics Operational Support
Understand the field and logistics operations (receiving, checking, shipping) to identify and resolve potential anomalies related to customs aspects.
👉 PROFILE
Training and professional experience
Validated Bac +2/3 degree in Transport/Logistics (TSMEL, GTLA, REL, GOL, RPTL).
Field experience (internships/previous apprenticeships) in Transport/Chartering Operations, Warehouse Logistics, or Customer Service/Disputes.
Targeted training: Specialization in Customs Declarant (Apprenticeship).
Availability: September 2026.
Technical skills
Proficiency in flow management and transport (Maritime, Air, Road transport modes, logistics schemes, value chain).
Perfect mastery of Incoterms 2020.
Document management (waybills, CMR, etc.).
Theoretical knowledge of customs procedures (DAE/DSAC).
Knowledge in inventory management.
Proficiency in Google Sheets (extraction, tables).
Familiarity with Gamma software (declaration tool).
Languages: Professional English (technical vocabulary applied to transport and logistics).
Behavioral skills
Overall Supply Chain vision.
Rigor and compliance.
Urgency management (calmness, method, pragmatism in the face of transport unpredictability).
Appetite for customs administration.
Curiosity and continuous improvement mindset.
Other: Driving license and personal vehicle mandatory.
