We are looking for the talents of a Sales Advisor (H/F) on an apprenticeship basis to join our Apartment in Lyon. This position is based in Lyon (69).

Reporting to the Apartment Manager, your main responsibilities will be:

Deliver a unique customer experience:

• Make the customer the priority of the apartment to ensure optimal customer service
• Embody the Sézane spirit and style through impeccable presentation (grooming standards respected)
• Welcome your clients with generosity and empathy to offer them the best possible experience
• Consider your clients' personalities to identify their desires
• Introduce the Brand and our different universes/products
• Be an ambassador for the Brand's omnichannel approach (apartment and web)
• Show curiosity and develop in-depth knowledge of the Brand and products
• Be proactive in proposing specific actions to make the customer experience memorable and unique.
• Handle customer complaints and dissatisfactions to satisfy and retain our clients
• Be familiar with our CSR policy to answer customer inquiries

Ensure Brand Image:

• Know the basic rules of Sézane merchandising
• Check product labeling on the floor
• Participate in merchandising setup and ensure its follow-up
• Offer clients an exciting and inspiring shopping experience
• Monitor and maintain the commercial level of the point of sale
• Have a fashion culture to be proactive in proposals

Have a Team Spirit:

• Be a Team-player, participate in all ancillary tasks
• Contribute to creating a positive and harmonious environment to foster group synergy
• Relay the brand's commitments

Requirements

Do you have a successful first experience in ready-to-wear, hospitality, catering, sales, entertainment… or not yet, but are driven by customer relations?

You have a sense of service, excellent presentation, and a strong fashion sensibility.

You have a team spirit, a desire to share and develop your skills in an agile and invigorating environment.
