I have the immense pleasure of writing the story of the first French fashion brand born online alongside you. A story named Sézane, which places common sense, quality, and creativity at the heart of everything.

Telling the Sézane story means over 20 years of a succession of foundational adventures and choices: the choice to do things differently, the choice of people, the choice to act, but also the choice to trust one's convictions and the possibility of deconstructing certain ideas.

It means exploring substance and form, much more than a fashion story – but a story of life(s) – mine, yours, and those of everyone who contributes to writing it.

We are looking for the talents of a Sales Advisor (M/F) on a work-study basis to join our Aix-en-Provence Apartment. This position is based in Aix-en-Provence (13).

Reporting to the Apartment Manager, your main responsibilities will be:

Deliver a unique customer experience:

• Make the customer the priority of the apartment to ensure optimal customer service
• Embody the Sézane spirit and style through impeccable presentation (grooming standards)
• Welcome your clients with generosity and empathy to offer them the best possible experience
• Consider your clients' personalities to identify their desires
• Introduce the Brand and our different universes/products
• Be an ambassador for the Brand's omnichannel approach (store and web)
• Demonstrate curiosity and develop in-depth knowledge of the Brand and products
• Be proactive in proposing specific actions to make the customer experience memorable and unique.
• Handle customer complaints and dissatisfactions to satisfy and retain our clients
• Know our CSR policy to answer customers' questions

Ensure Brand image:

• Know the basic rules of Sézane merchandising
• Check product labeling on the floor
• Participate in merchandising setup and ensure its follow-up
• Offer customers an exciting and inspiring shopping experience
• Monitor and maintain the commercial level of the point of sale
• Have a fashion culture to be proactive with suggestions

Have a team spirit:

• Be a team player, participate in all ancillary tasks
• Contribute to creating a positive and harmonious environment to foster group synergy
• Relay the brand's commitments

Requirements

Do you have previous successful experience in ready-to-wear, hospitality, catering, sales, entertainment... or not yet, but are you driven by customer relations?

You have a sense of service, an excellent presentation, and a strong fashion sensibility.

You have team spirit, a desire to share and develop your skills in an agile and invigorating environment.
